Andover Warriors Lacrosse, in partnership with Andover Youth Services, is open to boys and girls from Andover in 1st through 8th grade. We encourage the participation of new players regardless of grade, while continuing to provide a quality lacrosse opportunity for the most experienced player.
Our boys teams participate in the Town Pride Lacrosse League with Acton-Boxborough, Cohasset, Concord-Carlisle, Dover-Sherborn, Duxbury, Franklin, Hanover, Hingham, Lincoln-Sudbury, Marshfield, Medfield, Needham, Norwell, Westford, and Winchester. The towns in the league are some of the most well established and competitive programs in Massachusetts and offer the opportunity for new and experienced players to compete at a high level. Games in the TPL are played on Sundays.
Our girls teams participate in the Founders Girls Lacrosse League, North Division. Our girls will play games against teams from North Andover, Newburyport, Masco, Reading, Chelmsford and Ipswich. The FGLL is designed to offer a balanced lacrosse schedule for new and established lacrosse programs. Games are played on Sunday afternoons. At the 5th/6th and 7th/8th Grade levels the Girls program offers Select Teams. Please see further information under the Girls Lacrosse tab under Girls Lacrosse Overview.
The program is always looking for folks to be involved in coaching and other aspects of building a solid lacrosse program for the town of Andover.

Own the X - Face-Off Clinic
We are so happy to be offering this great lacrosse skills opportunity through the Andover Youth Services and GRIT Athletics:
OWN THE X BOYS FACE-OFF CLINIC
Recent Gettysburg College graduate Geoff Fulgione will lead this small group opportunity at the Cormier Youth Center. During Geoff's fours seasons with Gettysburg, the face-off specialist led the Bullets to two league championships and three trips to the Division III Final Four. Our four-week clinic will focus on stance, hand quickness, body positioning and basic moves at the X. We will also address what it means to be a face-off guy and what impact they have on the game and on the team. These sessions will create well rounded face-off specialists. As a bonus, at the end of our clinic, each participant will receive a plan to fine tune their quickness, hand movements and body positioning. They will also leave with a game day routine to help prepare them with the tools and knowledge to dominate each mini battle within the war. Don't miss your chance to Own the X!
