Andover Warriors Lacrosse, in partnership with Andover Youth Services, is open to boys and girls from Andover in 1st through 8th grade. We encourage the participation of new players regardless of grade, while continuing to provide a quality lacrosse opportunity for the most experienced player.
Our boys teams participate in the Town Pride Lacrosse League with Acton-Boxborough, Cohasset, Concord-Carlisle, Dover-Sherborn, Duxbury, Franklin, Hanover, Hingham, Lincoln-Sudbury, Marshfield, Medfield, Needham, Norwell, Westford, and Winchester. The towns in the league are some of the most well established and competitive programs in Massachusetts and offer the opportunity for new and experienced players to compete at a high level. Games in the TPL are played on Sundays.
Our girls teams participate in the Founders Girls Lacrosse League, North Division. Our girls will play games against teams from North Andover, Newburyport, Masco, Reading, Chelmsford and Ipswich. The FGLL is designed to offer a balanced lacrosse schedule for new and established lacrosse programs. Games are played on Sunday afternoons. At the 5th/6th and 7th/8th Grade levels the Girls program offers Select Teams. Please see further information under the Girls Lacrosse tab under Girls Lacrosse Overview.
The program is always looking for folks to be involved in coaching and other aspects of building a solid lacrosse program for the town of Andover.

Summer Lacrosse with AYS!
Andover Youth Services and GRIT Athletics present
Boys Lacrosse Clinic August 5th-8th // 9am-12pm
Open to grades 1-8
Stay on top of your game this summer! This 4-day summer clinic is designed to continue skill development, and enjoy some friendly competition while practicing and playing. We will work to improve our game with stick skills, passing, shooting, team play and mental toughness. Clinic will be run by Andover High School Coach Wayne Puglisi, former college lacrosse all-star and AYS staff Geoff Fulgione, and Andover Youth coaches.
Girls Lacrosse Clinic July 29th-August 1st // 9am-12pm
Open to grades 1-8
Skill work and fundamentals will be the focus of this girls lacrosse clinic in a fun atmosphere. Leadership skills and team building will be achieved through traditional camp games while lacrosse skills are improved through stations and game play. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to experience structured warm ups, cool downs, and a bit of strength and conditioning mixed in to improve our game. This clinic will be run by Cat Gross, girls lacrosse and field hockey coach at Andover High School.
Boys Skills Sessions Fridays July 12th, 19th & August 2nd, 9th // 9am-12pm Open to grades 5-8
This weekly program will provide an opportunity to work on stick skills and lacrosse IQ in a fun and positive environment. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been playing for five years or it’s your first lacrosse experience, there is always part of your game that needs work. Our top-notch coaching staff will work with young people individually, and in groups, to further refine their skilled aspects of lacrosse. Our day will be broken down into 3 separate sessions: a warm-up session, a skills and drills session, and a game session. This will allow us to prepare for our day, work on important skills to build a greater understanding of the game, and have a chance to apply these skills in practice. Join us for this awesome opportunity to sharpen your game!
